Cold plunge with or without sauna
Many people appreciate shifting between the warmth of the sauna and a moment in the cold water. A cold plunge is included on request together with a sauna session – simply write “cold plunge” in the Extra booking information field on Bokadirekt.
Cold-plunge-only visits are 60 minutes and booked by phone. You will find current package prices for one to four people on the sauna and cold plunge page.
