Wellness at Solportalen
The Swedish wellness allowance, known as friskvårdsbidrag, may be used for approved sauna services under each wellness provider's rules. With us that means both infrared sauna and traditional sauna can be covered.
Tanning is not covered by the wellness allowance and cannot be combined with a wellness purchase. We therefore keep tanning and sauna clearly separated. The purchase applies to one person under the current setup of your wellness portal.
We are on site in the Portal during opening hours and are happy to help with practical questions about your visit.

Sauna with a wellness allowance
Solportalen is connected to Söderberg & Partners Benefits. The wellness allowance can be used for our sauna services, which are booked via Bokadirekt. Always check what applies with your employer and in the wellness portal you use.
Feel free to write “Benefits” in the booking comment so we can prepare your visit.
An individual sauna session paid with the wellness allowance may cost no more than SEK 1,000. Tanning is not covered by the wellness allowance. The purchase applies to one person and cannot be used for tanning, gift cards, open amounts or combined purchases.
How to do it
- 1.Check which sauna services are approved by your wellness portal.
- 2.Complete the purchase according to your portal's instructions.
- 3.Book your sauna time via Bokadirekt and mention your wellness portal in the comment.
Choose an approved sauna service and follow the instructions for the wellness portal you use.

A gift card from Solportalen is a present for anyone who wants to give light, warmth and a moment for themselves. The gift card suits selected experiences with us and can be tailored to the amount or the service offered at the time of purchase.
A gift card is a stand-alone present and does not count as a wellness purchase.
