Tanning
You must be at least 18 years old to use a tanning bed. Book your session by phone or drop in during opening hours. Always use the eye protection provided and follow the instructions on site.

Infrared sauna
Infrared sauna is booked via Bokadirekt. The room is private during your booked time. Shower, towel and bathrobe are available on site. Bring a swimsuit if you prefer.
Cold plunge
A cold plunge is included on request with a sauna session – write “cold plunge” in the Extra booking information field on Bokadirekt. Cold-plunge-only visits are 60 minutes and booked by phone. Always follow the introduction and instructions on site.
Hygiene & safety
Tanning beds and shared areas are cleaned according to our routines. Read the safety information and ask our staff whenever anything feels unclear.
