Solportalen values your personal privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Data controller

Enelid Innovation AB, which operates the business under the Solportalen brand, is the data controller for personal data processed through bookings, customer communication and this website. Contact: kontakt@solportalen.com.

What we collect

Name, phone number, email address and booking details when you make a booking. Bookings made through Bokadirekt are also processed by Bokadirekt AB as a separate data controller.

Purpose

The data is used to manage your booking, contact you about changes and to comply with our legal obligations (including Swedish accounting law).

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose, typically up to 24 months. Accounting records are kept for seven years as required by law.

Your rights
