Sunbeds at Solportalen
Several lie-down and stand-up sunbeds in rooms of their own, different models to choose from and staff on site. Every room follows Solportalen's shared light standard, Signature Light. Book your tanning session by phone or come by as a drop-in during opening hours.

Signature Light is Solportalen's shared light standard – a carefully composed interplay of tubes, reflectors and intensity found in every one of our sunbeds. The aim is an even, comfortable and considered experience, whichever room you choose.
Each room has a character of its own, but the light follows the same signature. So you always know what to expect.

We help you choose what suits you
Staff are available at Solportalen during opening hours. On your first visit, we are happy to guide you towards a room and session time that suits you and answer any questions about how our sunbeds and saunas work.
Before every visit, the room is cleaned and prepared so that you are welcomed into a clean, calm and inviting environment.
Sauna, warmth and a plunge
After a while in the light you can continue with infrared sauna or traditional sauna – and finish with a cold plunge. Sauna is booked online, and a cold plunge is included on request.

If you prefer tanning standing up, there are separate stand-up models and rooms.
